Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Products ordered before 6 PM are shipped the same day via PostNL or DHL. Depending on PostNL's workload, you will receive the package within 1-2 business days. Products ordered on Friday before 6 PM are normally received on Monday or Tuesday.

Returns

You can return your product to us within 14 days from the delivery date. The costs for returning your order are for your own account. Click here to go to the return form.

Please ensure that the items are well packaged. A return shipment remains your responsibility until we have received it.

We recommend sending your return with proof of shipment or a trackable shipping service. Should anything go wrong with the shipment, you will always have proof of shipment.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered item

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Is an item damaged, defective, or have you received the wrong product? Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the problem and resolve it with you.

Exchanges

Sunday Shades does not offer exchanges. We only process refunds.
If you wish to receive a different item, you can return the original product and place a new order after the return has been approved. This is the quickest way to ensure you get what you want.

14-day cooling-off period (EU)

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

The item must:

• be in the same condition as when received
  
• be in its original packaging

Additionally, proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will inform you if the refund has been approved.

After approval, the amount will be automatically refunded within 14 days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
