Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Products ordered before 18:00 will be shipped the same day via PostNL. Depending on PostNL's workload, you will receive the package within 1-2 business days. Products ordered on Friday before 18:00 are usually delivered on Monday or Tuesday.

Returns

You can return your product to us within 14 days from the delivery date. The cost of returning your order is at your own expense. Click here to go to the return form

Please ensure that the items are properly packaged. A return shipment remains your responsibility until it has been received by us.

We advise you to send your return with proof of shipment or a traceable shipping service. Should anything go wrong with the shipment, you will always have proof of shipment.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered item

Check your order immediately upon receipt. Is an item damaged, defective, or have you received the wrong product? Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the problem and resolve it with you.

Exchanges

Sundayshades does not offer exchanges. We only process refunds.
Do you wish to receive a different item? You can return the original product and, after approval of the return, place a new order. This is the fastest way to ensure you get what you want.

14-day cooling-off period (EU)

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

The item must:

• be in the same condition as when received
  
• be in its original packaging

Additionally, proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation. We will let you know if the refund has been approved.

Upon approval, the amount will be automatically refunded within 14 days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
